Derby Fest
We've been learning all about Derby! We split the topic into Derby today, Derby yesterday and Derby and the Arts. We organised visits into town and Alvaston, we also had some fabulous visitors come into school to talk to the children. We finished off the topic with a Derby Fest evening event where we displayed our art work, ran a cafe selling local food, quizzed the adults on their knowledge of Derby and hopefully impressed everyone with our work.
